Universal machine tools with CNC UMT-04K
Universal machine tools with CNC UMT-04K in the basic delivery set are designed for twisting square and band material, forge-rolling of material, end forging, bending of volutes, production of «baskets», radius bending, production of rings. The machine tools serve as drive units for replaceable blocks.

The basic delivery set of equipment includes: twisting tools ТТ-10, 14, 16 mm, rolling block RB-04 including 10 rolls (1 smooth roll and 9 embossing rolls with standard design – at option), forging block FB-04, including 2 smooth forging rolls and 2 embossing forging rolls, special block for volutes SBV-04, including 6 dies SD, block for production of «baskets» SPB including the tools for «baskets», bending machine UBM-04, special device for production of rings AR.
CNC system Mitsubishi has English-language interface.
The UMT-04K machine tools are equipped with a foot control pedal with a block system that prevents accidental pressing.
