Hydraulic press tools with CNC HP-01
The hydraulic press with CNC HP-01 is designed for bending blank parts by using replaceable dies.
Possible operations:
- bending of blank parts in dies
- preprogrammed bending of blank parts
- straightening
- bending of tubes
- production of decorative U-shaped clips
- production of rings
The basic delivery set of equipment includes the die HD-3. An additional supply of dies is possible on request. Dies samples: see pp. 26-30 of the catalogue of equipment. Production of dies from customers' drafts is possible. The press is equipped with the Mitsubishi control system.
Foot pedal
The HP hydraulic press is equipped with a foot pedal control with a block-system that prevents accidental pressing.
