Rolling blocks RB-02, RB-03

The rolling blocks RB are designed for forge-rolling of flat, square and round materials with the use of replaceable rolls. The rolling blocks are to be installed on the universal machine tools UMT (the machine UMT acts as a drive unit for the rolling blocks RB):

The basic set of equipment includes: 1 smooth roll и 3 embossing rolls (e.g.: the roll with design 3 — possible metal strip dimension 40 mm ; the roll with design 6 — possible metal strip dimension 40 mm; the roll with two desings - design 10 — possible metal strip dimension 15 mm and design 28 — possible metal strip dimension 25 mm). An additional supply of rolls is possible on request. Design samples: see pp. 12-14 of the catalogue of equipment. Manufacturing of rolls from customers' drawings is possible on request.

Production capacity of the UMT-02 machine with the RB rolling block:

RB-02 - up to 800 m/hour
RB-03 - up to 1200 m/hour
